European Championship Maribor - The 2015 European Championships held in Maribor, Slovenia, has come to an end.
The best European shooters competed from the 18th of July through the 1st of August to secure the continental titles of the smallbore events at 25, 50 and 300 meters.
The Italian team achieved excellent performances together with the extraordinary series of successes obtained by the “made in Italy” Pardini’s pistols.
The Pardini’s brand conquered the highest step of the podium in ALL the 8 disciplines at 25 meters, pocketing an impressive total of 19 medals out of 24 available (8 gold, 7 silver, 4 bronze – 79% of the total). Same percentage was observed in team events, where once again Pardini reached the top of the ranking in every competition for a total of 57 medals out of 72 available (23 gold, 18 silver, 16 bronze).
Regarding the diffusion of Pardin’s pistols, the Italian brand achieved significant percentages in each disciplines, from a maximum of 80.5% in rapid fire pistol men to a minimum of 50% in center fire pistol men.
The overall spread throughout the 25 meters events was 64%: out of 268 pistol shooter, 172 competed with Pardini. As cherry on top of such supremacy, Pardini’s shooters set also 8 records: two new world records (centre fire men and rapid fire junior men), one team world record equaled (25 meter pistol junior women, 2/3), three new European records, one final world record and one final European record.
